It was the best shopping experience at the Chanel store. I visited Chanel when the new collection launched this week. My fashion advisor, Blanca, provided excellent service for both me and my friend. She is a very nice, professional, and helpful salesperson. Blanca brought other bags for me to try on, gave me some suggestions, and allowed me to have enough time to select the bag I wanted. I am thrilled to have found a beautiful bag in this store and had a great shopping experience. I will certainly come back next time!

If your visiting houston or Texas, do yourself s favor and do not support this chanel store. My mother snd I just finished purchasing a purse at Louis Vuitton and wanted to stop in and look at other purses. There was a huge bouncer (50 something?) standing next to a velvet rope with no line, no people, slow Tuesday afternoon and associates laughing and playing around in the store (you think their phones would be out and they would be dialing for sales) - anyways he tells my 65 year old mother to get in line behind the rope and that she has to walk down to the end ..then proceeds to say im just playing girl bruh your OLD, this was so cringe and i have no words. Then a fat blonde woman with short hair and glasses comes out in a suit laughing. My mom grabs my hand to leave, she felt like she was in an alternate universe and the circus was going to start. Im not sure but i felt upset because they just made my mom feel so uncomfortable. Thats not the chanel experience im used to.
So if you enjoy good service and professionalism, visiting this city snd dont have your usual or a known SA avoid this store. Go to Austin or Dallas.

Great experience. My sales person went above and beyond to find the hand bag I wanted.
