    So, it definitely was time to upgrade our iPhones for my wife and me. We have held out as long as we could because let's face it, we work just as hard as anyone else, and it took 36 months to finally pay off our iPhone 11's and don't get me wrong I am not complaining but I was not in no rush to run out and trade in for the 12 or 13 even though having an updated quality phone is nice I wanted the right offer to come from Verizon before just rushing and losing out on a great opportunity. Patience is a virtue and with the long wait we finally got a customer loyalty offer from Verizon that we could not pass up. Let's be real for a moment. The Provider/ Carrier is all a preference but at the end of the day my opinion who is giving me the best bang for my buck and maybe the last consideration would be the location of the carrier. Some providers just work great in certain areas due to the cell towers giving it the boosts that it needs to be a functioning service without dropping calls and with sustaining the strong internet connection because let's face the music, in today's time there is a chair for every bottom and hand for every cell phone. Anyways this is just me ranting, let's get to the real reason why I am writing this review. The Verizon Wireless Store Located @ vintage park Blvd. is by far the greatest customer service I have seen from any retailer in a long time. A big thank you and shout out to the best team co-workers that me and my wife happen to run into every time we come visits this location goes to Kayla & Gabby. Each time we have come to upgrade or add a line any of our needs and expectations is met beyond 110%. They both are strongly knowledgeable of the products that are hot on the current market, very calm and polite and even though as a guest/customer they still will take the time to go over and explain everything you are about to purchase or change on your account so there are no hidden surprises. Most importantly Kayla and Gabby watch out for you as the customer to make sure you are getting the product you want to purchase and are very Indepth with knowing their job for working for Verizon and watch out for the best deals and interests for you as the customer. Not a moment of my time was wasted, I was helped from the moment I told them what I was seeking for in trading in my phone and not even once I was rushed to get us out the door quicker. Kayla and Gabby took all the time needed to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. So, thank you very much for the great customer service and going above and beyond the extra mile to make sure that I found the phones and watches that suited my family's needs.

    no pressure, informative, friendly and quick service. i came in to upgrade my phone, the model i wanted wasn't in stock at the location but was told it could be in the following day right at opening, no problem. came in today probably an hour after opening and as i was coming through the door, Kayla was walking out of the back with my upgrade. phone was activated and i was out the door in maybe 20minutes tops, and here i am hours later, realizing that she pulled my upgrade from the back, solely from recognition, no name was taken down the day prior, no call ahead to say i was coming for it, just saw me and went to grab it. to me that shows a very attentive staff that pays attention to detail. paired with the other details of my experience, it's safe to say with confidence that this location has excellent customer service, come here and you'll leave satisfied.
