The Good - Wife finally got her phone fixed and this was the only store willing to order the screen for her Samsung Note+ Ultra for whatever reason. The Bad - This took 3-4 trips to the location to sort out because they said they had the right screen initially, but it was the wrong color. They got in the right screen, but found damage on the back of the phone as well so they had to order that part too per Samsung Care + policy. They did not call us to let us know when the part was in. We called them to ask and they confirmed they had the screen + the case and it was on hold for us. The wife shows up at the store and one of the employees had given away the case that was on hold so they had to order a new one. Wife shows up and the male employee tries to tell her they dont have the parts in. The wife is beyond frustrated and explains we just called the day before and confirmed the parts WERE in and on hold for us again. It takes one of the female techs coming out of the back to sort the issue out and find the parts and starts the repair. If you're going here, ask for the female tech. The other folks don't seem to care what's going on and apparently will give your on hold parts away. Def won't be doing business with these folks again unless i have no other choice.
