I went to check Verizon Home Internet options. I live near Galleria. Sales rep could pull up my account but the system was down so he couldn't even tell me what was available. I called Verizon and after 25 minutes on hold was told there is no Home Internet available. Unbelievable. Strange that corporate store has a WiFi 6 router on display but service is not available? I asked both corporate sales rep and customer support if service would be available on Jan 19 when C Band 5G goes live in Houston but they have no clue. I now have AT&T Home Internet.

The sales person Kristina helped us and she was so rude! We had a question about logging in to our app, she said call customer service. We let her know that customer service told us to come in to the store, she then said to call Apple. No, this is the Verizon app we are asking about. At this point Kristina got loud and told us theres nothing she can do. Are you kidding me? The security guard came over and stood near us. I have never been treated so unfairly and was completely disrespected. We then let Kristina know we want to close our account and go to another carrier. She said Ok with a snooty attitude and said you will need a disconnect number, let me get that for you. She handed us some info, we went over to AT&T and got all new phones for our family and are actually paying a lot less.

Awesome service, went on Sunday and took longer than expected but the employees stayed a little more. I really appreciate this type of service!
