        I had an issue Syncing my Galaxy Watch to my phone. Several AT&T technicians have attempted to fix and have been unsuccessful. Josh worked on my account for sometime and managed to resolve the issue. Thanks Josh excellent work.

        Joshua m helped us out adding a new line with a new iPhone 13 pro max, took the time to go over all our options and checked my whole account and let me know a few different ways I could save on my monthly bill , definitely would recommend this store and look for Joshua m he gave great customer service!!!

        4 months ago, we made the worst decision ever, we change our selfphone carrier to this company in this specific store, We have been scam by this company. They charge us outrageous monthly fees 1800 $ when they said we will pay 250 $ monthly for both of our phones my husbands and my. Costumer service is horrible when you call nobody help us with this scam. Lorena is the store manager and she isnt be able to fix our problem.
