This place is the absolutely the worst car rental service ever... I wish I could have given this place a zero...the staff and the supervisor are the worst.The company has the worst policy ever. They couldn't even explain there own policies to us.. they look so loss.they didnt even have any good cars for big groups. They tried to compact 7 people in a little car and down grade our car because the one we originally chosen was broken... then they ran out of full size cars. most of there cars were out of service.. this is the worst enterprise I had ever been too. I will never come here again....

Service was great! I was picked up from the airport and pulling off in my rental in about 20/30 minutes total! Xzaviar was super friendly from start to finish, even with the 1,000+ questions I asked! I'm in Houston all the time and never have I experienced great customer service at a rental car establishment, especially so late in the day.

Everyone was friendly and the process was quick. I don't recommend prepaying for gas unless you are going to use a full tank.
