Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Victoria, my wife and I would like to thank such a hardworking individual as you, young lady. This girl was definitely going above and beyond. She was simultaneously helping an elderly couple of ladies, answering phones and going over our bill w us making sure everything was clear and concise (while the guys meandered in and out through the back door, they ignored calls, the second guy in & out through the back door still had food in his mouth when he asked if we'd been helped). There is no such thing as a lunch a lot of times in the service industry. I've waited tables, did retail sales, as an electrician went on emergency calls etc etc etc. This girl, Victoria, needs to be recognized, promoted and given a raise! If Victoria has helped you, please, give her her due. Tell 'em Tyger sent you!

The entire staff is so sweet. My driver from the body shop was a great conversationalist and made me feel like more than a passenger during the ride. Inside everyone greeted me and was aware of my situation so clearly they stay up to date with their incoming clients. Victoria took over to show me my rental and made sure that the car was clean and went over everything so I felt very informed. Best location I have found in Houston and will definitely be using them again if I can!

Had some work done to my car recently. I always go to this location for my rental services. They are always polite and make sure I'm taken care of. Mr. Michael was amazing. He made sure I was able to get back to my car.

Way to expensive. They do not want what is best for you. And someone in cleanup crew took couple items I forgot. Yet supposedly they do thorough clean before renting and returning. I'm sure they do its whatever just my experience.

I had the best experience at this Enterprise. When the driver picked me up to bring me to Enterprise to the moment I picked up the vehicle, everyone was great and truly went above and beyond. Returning the vehicle was exactly the same. The customer service here is definitely top notch!!
