Grogan Window And Door Design Showroom

As stated by others, made a mistake with a door, once they already had my money they offered no assistance. Would have been an easier fix for them than it is for me.

We purchased our windows, outside and inside doors from Grogans Building Supply through Laura almost a year ago for our new home. We are extremely pleased with the price, warranty and service. Grogans stands behind their products and their service is excellent. We would highly recommend Grogans to anyone.

Laura Pineda has been a God-send for us at Covington Signature Homes. We recently had a number of large scale, complicated projects with odd sized windows and windows/doors meeting Texas windstorm requirements. Laura expertly walked us through and our clients were happy and satisfied with the aesthetics and functionality of these selections.

We purchased a big order of windows and several French doors for our new build, the windows are beautiful and so are the doors, one of the doors, the big sliding door had a roller defective or was not aligned correctly and we called to get it serviced, the salesperson who originally sold us the windows and doors was now rude and very unprofessional towards me now, ignoring our calls, after we spent a lot of money with this company, we are still waiting to have the door fixed, 8 weeks to have the serviceman call and resolve the issue. We are aware its far away from the showroom but nevertheless we deserve to be treated as paying customers and with professionalism. I will increase my stars once the issue is resolved. Salesperson named Laura needs to re-evaluate how she treats her customers and her condescending rude tone.
