Great experience working with Jim and WP. Good selection of windows. Fair price- compared to 3 other quotes we received. Jim has been great throughout the whole process. Everything was delivered and installed when expected, as expected.

Ordered and paid for a custom door last fall, it finally arrives in Houston in March only for me to be told that they dropped the door and broke it. Not to worry, the new one will be here in 4 weeks, it arrives about 4 weeks later, but was the wrong size of door. Vendor messed up and I was assured it would be here in 3 weeks. Well, delay after delay, excuse after excuse and I am still waiting for our front door for the house we are building and am almost complete with. To top it off, today I got a call from them asking me when I was going to pay my invoice from April. This invoice was for trim material that they would not order for me until I paid for it back in April. Not only can they not deliver a door as promised (and now is 2 more weeks), they cant keep up with their billing.
