Einstein Bros. Bagels

Twice Ive had missing items from my order and could never get someone on the phone for a replacement or reimbursement. Today I waited 25 min for my online order, went in twice looking for it. I finally interrupted a lady on her phone, leaning against the counter, and there my order was sitting right next to her - not in the online order pickup area.

So many quality ingredient options and delicious every time! Vanilla latte was perfectly hot with just the right amount of sweetness. Loved!!

I normally come to this location because it's the only one around me. Came here today right around 15 minutes before closing. The attitude I got from the employees you will think I came into their house begging for food! Ordered the gourmet French toast bagel on the avocado egg whites sandwich! They screwed it up, am in my car starving, looking to eat only to find out the sandwich was in a regular non gourmet bagel and the bagel is still cold! Now I have to see where to go get bfast thus late! Horrible customer service...some tall Caucasian dude and browbskinned Black dude!
