        I love Einstein' bagels and it was $5.09 for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Which is reasonable for the airport. The teo cashiers (one black with short locks and one white with her hair in a ponytail ball). My issue is with tge RUDE black lady, which happens to be the manager, Shanika/Shameka, who was fixing the food and she has NO people skills and does not know how to talk to people or how to listen. Active listening skills are VITAL when dealing with the public. EINSTEIN BROS BAGELS, DO BETTER!!!

        I ordered an everything bagel toasted with double cream cheese. It came out as double toasted with hardly any cream cheese. When I questioned it to the order taker, the woman preparing the food said that I should have ordered it like that. When I told her I had, she said the didnt have time to talk to me about it. Ill stand in the longer line next time and never return to this location. I felt like the did not value me as a customer after I received my food.
