We were looking for a place where my elderly mom could get better care than she was living on her own. We checked around about 7different care homes and decided to try Bahia Personal Care Home. They have done a wonderful job taking care of her. She has been there about a year and a half. The staff have been great with my mom and the other ladies that live there. They are now expanding so they can provide care to a few more ladies that may need assistance. I highly recommend this place.

Bahia is absolutely one of the best facilities you can work at. The bosses will work right beside you and always give credit where its due. Ive never had bosses that are willing to work beside me, teach and give so many praises!! They are the best. Everything is planned out each day from activities to meals to each staff members work schedules and day to day task, so there is no confusion. Its a small facility, which is awesome, because you get to know ur residents plus family. I love coming to work seeing our residents with smiles on their faces. They are always so happy. We go the distance to accommodate our residents and keep them happy! We pride ourselves on how happy our residents are. Bahia is like home away from home. Everyone is like family here!! Whether u are looking to work here or planning on having a loved one stay here, you will not be disappointed!!!
