    BEWARE!! Total scammer place!!! They sold my DISABLED and WIDOWED mom a Samsung dryer with a supposed 60 day warranty. Not even 2 weeks after buying it, the heating element dies in the dryer! Weve called and called! Shes written them dozens of times on Facebook only to have the owner block her when she finally demanded her money back for the DEFECTIVE dryer they sold her!!! They promised her, which was a man named Juan, 2 times that theyd come out and fix it only to NEVER show up!! Her calls are sent directly to voicemail and now shes once again without a dryer!! This isnt the first time theyve done this to someone!! If you look, theyve been ripping people like this off for YEARS!!! Dont waste your time or money doing business with these crooks!!!

    Bought refrigerator... they sold to someone else before they could deliver. I accepted substitute, water/ice maker never worked. Juan said he would get part and fix... never did. I finally ordered part myself. Never again.

    I would give negative stars if I could. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice in this guy because he was dispatched by my shifty warranty company. He claimed that he ordered a part for a washer machine he didn't even see in person. He diagnosed it based off of past experiences, I guess. We'll never know since he stopped responding to calls or text messages from myself and the warranty company. A WHOLE MONTH. Even if he was the LAST resort, never again. I'd rather attempt to fix it myself, knowing the risk of electrocution. I ended up having to buy a whole new washing machine. Oh my warranty company's solution? Send out another dude from a different company that diagnosed my washing machine and left without anyone knowing, deemed my washing machine, basically, dead and offered to get me a new one.....using a Lowe's gift card. That I haven't received yet. After week two. I'm so done. BUT I did get a new washer. Thanks, Best Buy!
