Your tech. Kevin was very smart who completed the job in no time, using the same parts, lying with us from the earlier technician who lied to hide his incapability and wasted long time unnecessarily.

James is an exceptional appliance technician. He throughly examined my washing machine to determine the problem and issues that contributed to it. I feel confident that my washing machine will be almost as good as new after the repairs are completed.

Technician arrived on time. Spent some time diagnosing the problem and it seemed even longer putting an estimate together. My confidence in his expertise waned the longer he remained on his phone. From beginning to end of visit he referred me to homeowners warranties for appliances - appreciated the information at first, but after the third recital it became tedious. Declined the overly priced estimate - cost comparison indicated it was $150 - $200 over the typical price.

Horrible experience with Sears!! I have been without a clothes washer for almost a month. My warranty company Choice sent these people out over 3 weeks ago. The first guy that came diagnosed the problem and said it was the control panel that was not working. He ordered the part and then a week later they sent a different tech who upon arriving at my house had a horrible attitude. He must have had a bad day already he tried to put in the part that the first guy had ordered and my washer was still not working so he stated that he needed to order another part. He got frustrated because his phone was not working inside my house so he said he would order the part, he went out to his van, and next thing I know he was gone. When he went out my front door, he slammed it for no reason.20 minutes later I get an email From Sears, stating that the tech had ordered the second part, and forged a signature, as if I agreed to what he did!! Today I had an appointment that was already set up since last Saturday. This morning Sears calls me and tells me they cannot send the tech out but did not give me an explanation. I told them to please get somebody else out today and they said they couldnt. First of all, whoever the manager is, they need to send the same person out and not keep changing their techs. How can you diagnose whats wrong and then send somebody else the following time who doesnt even know what the first person did?? I complained today to the rep on the phone about what happened with this whole situation and that I needed my $85 fee back and he said sorry I could not get it back and for me to call Choice Warranty . I called Choice Warranty and complained and they also told me there was nothing they can do and that I cannot get a refund. This company is horrible and they need to get rid of these techs who don't know what they are doing. My machine is an expensive LG and I have barely had it 3 years!
