It should have been fixed right the first time. One part that was installed the first time was defective. I had to find the old part (ice bucket) and use it to make the ice maker work properly. A water hose was supposed to be adjusted the first time. It was not adjusted until the second repair attempt. Still don't know for sure if the repairs are going to fix my complaints yet. Time will tell UPDATE. The ice maker does not freeze up anymore after three attempts to repair it. And I had to personally install an old ice bucket to make it work at all after it was fixed the last time. BUT, it only makes small chunks of ice. Im done trying to get this fixed the correct way. I will never buy another Samsung appliance. EVER!!!

After two months of nightmare, never-ending phone calls, a previous service tech that is literally a horror of a human and should not be in anyone's home EVER, I realized why there are no positive reviews if this the the money and run company. The first person, named Preston (don't let this guy in your house, ever) told me that the only people who have the same issue with their fridge are "old people like you" and then said nothing was wrong with it and then wanted a signature! Are you kidding me? After weeks of calls and delays, they finally send Kenrod and within FIVE SECONDS he has fixed the issue, literally five seconds! But to get there, Asurion put us through HELL! The worst company in existence and these days, that means something! Because they are all juggling for last place! And NO ONE CARES! Shocked, not shocked. PS Kenrod, you are too good for them! But thank you for working your magic and being so kind about it!

Parts were ordered and technician only installed some parts. He changed out the springs, left the old ones at the house and took the new controller box with him and did not replace it. When questioning him he says " Oh I have to send it to Samsung " Service: Washer/dryer repair

The technician did an excellent job. However, Asurion is one of the worst when it comes to customer service. You guys canceled the first three appointment for various excuses. One cancellation is acceptable, but 3 is uncalled for. Im sure when AT&T kicked you guys to the curb, it had to do with poor customer service. Service: Refrigerator repair
