I phoned on Tuesday afternoon and an engineer came the same afternoon. He was quickly able to diagnose problems in our ten year old washing machine and the replaced faulty component on the spot, and at a great price too. Can't really ask for better than that.

The repair man came within the time frame I was given and called ahead to let me know when to expect him. Very dependable, quick and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. I will call them again.

I tried to use the service made an appointment they didn’t show. I called them and their employee said she would call me back after she found out where the service tech was but I never heard back from her. I hate to post a poor review but I have one day off a week that I can take service calls and I’m disappointed. I will be calling another company.

I rarely write reviews but feels the need to give due recognition and credit where due based on my experiance i would commend them to anyone, technician engaged with confidence my cooker was serviced in just over a hour , fair pricing, I would definitely recommend and will certainly be using this company again well done
