I will post an update after my counselor Dustin finally reaches back out to me. $299 is NOT refundable after 7 days. Once they assign you to a counselor you can NOT change counselors even if the counselor your with isnt doing the best of job or even doesnt respond to you.

Where do I began first can I pls have my television set back that you all took while I was at work by sending the men dressed up in uniforms.so I used this company twice the first time they signed my lease with me when the company sold their property Done Deals name came off of my lease some how idk fast forward to this last time I used them I paid the 199$ then I paid some old balance from the first time when the name disappears off the lease anyways the apt calls me back said I was approved then done deal call the big office and said I couldnt do that I had to pay them and use them I already didnt have a stable place to live so I paid what I could they let me move in i had to use everything I had to pay them and the apts my life got so hard and stressful they kept calling and sending ppl over saying I could pay something I didnt even have money to eat but they came and took my tv I ended up getting locked out of my apts and stuck with a 9k bill all I wanted to do was get back on my feet but they seem to in it for the money cause they the only ones winning
