The Driscoll at River Oaks

I typically dont leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for The Driscoll at River Oaks! For the past year or so I have toured numerous apartment complexes in the Houston area and couldnt be happier with my decision to live at the Driscoll. The community here is outstanding! The staff is always extremely accommodating and friendly. David Hicks was my leasing agent and was absolutely INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process of touring/moving in. Highly recommend living here!

We toured the apartments with David and he was extremely helpful showing and explaining the different apartment floor plans. He was very courteous and professional and if we were to sign a lease at the Driscoll, it certainly would be because of him! Thanks again, David.

This place is the biggest dump in the city. The entire street its located on (West Gray) smells like trash. The entrance might as well be in a back alleyway where they shank you in the middle of the night with no one around. The employees are all weird and inadept but they sure look fancy lol but its not is the problem. You are sharing balconies with you neighboryikes! List goes ondont believe the reviews.

The team here is very friendly and helpful. They are responsive and go above and beyond expectations. Concierge, valet, and managment always provide assistance. The Driscoll is a wonderful apartment community with top notch product.

met with elyssa at the driscoll and went to view a few units! she was so helpful and had an answer for every question i threw at her! which was a lot! haha, wonderful first impression! shout out to the valet service here! i love it here already and i havent even signed a lease yet!
