The Club at Stablechase Apartments

The new staff(here about a year) are excellent. Just signed my new lease for upcoming 4th year. They respond efficiently , professionally and respectfully. Highly recommend leasing here if you are also a professional and respectful person.

Moved in back in April. The management has changed since then. I know there are a number of bad reviews on here, but to be honest I have not really had any issues with the staff since the change. When something is not working correctly it is fixed in a timely manner. The office is closed a lot more than I would think is ok. But for the most part it is easy to just walk back over to see if open or call them. Yes the pool was closed most of the summer, but it was being worked on. Side note: it is a nice pool. Any time I have had an issue it just took me talking to them and bam fixed. Most of my waiting for things to be fixed was from the previous management. Over all I (and my children) are happy here. Plus the schools near by are good.

Office ladies are horrible they tell you the will be in the office and then they leave early on you sad way to do business

When considering to move here just know there is a very high possibility you WONT see your apartment before move in. You will be sold wolf tickets and let down.

The new management here is rude ,snappy,and aggressive they are not here to be your freind or help you feel like your at home the gym was made smaller and now their is not room for much to do the roaches are bad for these high priced apartments i truly regret renting here
