San Paloma

I lived in San Paloma for several years. San Paloma is one of the best community to live in entire energy corridor location. RPM living had recently take over management from Greystar. The new staff is very friendly and cooperative, Ms. Jollie Kirkland(Property Mgr.) and her team is doing a fantastic work to connect with residents and are very courteous in resolving issues for residents. I simply loved empathy they have for residents. From the feasibility perspective it's just minutes away from I-10, Kroger, HEB and various other grocery stores. This location is one of the most convenient and accessible to various parts of city. There are so many perks to be a San Paloma resident that a google review will fall short of words :-) one should definitely experience this luxury!

They dont do pest control. Which is annoying cause they have many pests such as wasps, hornets, rats, and roaches (more of them are indoors and around areas where they can get indoors easily, see images). I have asked countless times for them to deal with this, keep in mind they charge weekly for pest control... I genuinely cannot wait for my lease to be over because Im tired of fighting with San Paloma to do things I pay them for.

UPDATE 7/12/22 - Edited Update Had a didpute about the pest control company doing their job which resulted in my apt getting bugs on the exterior and inside, but Community Manager stepped in and took care of my problem. ************* Moved here from AL and the original apartment I rented at another property fell through. I showed up at San Paloma super stressed, but Danny got right to work on all my paperwork and gave me an amazing tour of the exact unit I'd be renting and showed me all the amenities. He kept me updated EVERY step of the way and it made everything 1000% better and stess-free. Love...love...love this place!!!

We just moved in about 3 weeks go, but have had nothing but positive experiences! Previously, we lived in the same apartment complex for 5 years before moving here, but haven't regretted it once. The Leasing professionals Jazmyn and Calvin, the assistant manager, Christy, and even the one maintenance staff member that we encountered, Ceasar ,have all been incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. All of them attend to our needs no matter what, and are always willing and able to assist us. Our apartment home is very spacious and pretty! We love all the windows! The apartments are well maintained and manicured and the gym is awesome. This community is also quiet and we have even already met a few of our neighbors! I highly recommend speaking to Jazmyn, Christy, and Calvin and checking out San Paloma!
