        I wish it was possible to give zero star. Living here now in this apartment no hot water no heating no Ac ,,,leack every 2 weeks, and the homeless people they are living in the empty houses live with residents when I informed the office last time they said call the police ,, the mail always open because the homeless opened and broke the mail box Not worth the money. . If I had read the review, I would not have lived there

        I hate having to give this place a 1 star I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. The front staff is very friendly and wanting to help most of the time but I have never put in so many work orders before. When I first moved in, the sinks and drains were clogged, the oven did not work, the cabinets are rotting, the flooring in the bathroom is coming up, I have had 2 leaks from my ceiling, and now I have no hot water. There are creepy people always in the back parking lot trying to get into the apartment complex, Im 100% sure there are squatters in one of the apartments because they busted the glass sliding door open not to mention they say the ac is getting fixed but I dont see how that is going to happen as the unit barely pushes out any airflow had to invest in a AC unit for the bedroom because its HOT roaches are everywhere no matter how hard we try to combat it honestly Id skip this place.. it feels unsafe and honestly so many issues with the units here.

        I have been here about 10 years and have watch it go through 3 different Owners. While the management and staff are very nice and as helpful as they can be. The A/C is constantly broken, because it is on a Chiller System. There is a Really Bad Roach problem in the building, they don't keep the property clean, Mailboxes are broken into, the cameras don't work, the pool has been filthy over a year now and the dumpster stays overflowing. Overpriced..

      We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, Jessi. We think it is important to let you know that new management started Sept 1st and though the Community Director is still there, the other office assistant is new and we have been getting nothing but great feedback. We have recently hired additional maintenance team members. We suggest that you reach out to the office and make an inclusive work order. Additionally, since Sept 1st repairs and replacements have been made to the community cooling system, elevators are both up and in full operation mode again, and halls, mail areas and laundry rooms are cleaned daily. As well as new systems approved with anticipation to be installed next week to prevent unauthorized entry and an On-Site Courtesy Officer that’s in place to monitor and help where possible with the unauthorized folks in the back parking lot. Finally, a new Pest Control company is in place that we’re happy to send and start addressing any issues or concerns you may have regarding pests.
