COOP at Summer Street

This is one of the best apartments you can take a look at. Its quiet, peaceful and you can see the full downtown Houston from the apartment.

I absolutely love Co-op! The staff is so nice & personable. The complex is so clean & comfortable. They take pride in this complex and it shows. I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to living here. Z

I moved to Houston from Washington, DC on July 2022. Although I never got a chance to tour in person before signing my lease, Chris was absolutely amazing in sharing every detail I needed about co-op (even went and measured walls for me so I could size my furniture). Ive enjoyed each day here since moving in thanks to the amazing staff and friendly community. The location is also perfect with all my favorite spots less than 10 minutes away.

I love Co-Op at summer street. This was my first apartment on my own and they have showed me nothing less of comfort and generosity. Im on my 3rd year in the apartments and thinking about moving to their town homes. The staff is great, the location is great, and the maintenance is always on it. The community here is friendly and look out for one another. Chris and Shaniesha are my favorite ppl here. 10/10 would recommend. :)
