Have been waiting a month for them to come back and replace a part that is under warranty and needs replaced. A part that they installed. It's August and hot and no-one will even answer the phone. The AC parts warranty expires next week and I'm sure that's what they are waiting for so they can bill us for even more money. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any kind of maintenance company. How did they get so many positive reviews???? This is beyond unethical for an AC service provider in south Texas that "would replace the part that's under warranty" that they installed. One Month!! I can't say enough great things about RLC. This was my second experience with you. We requested First American send you to us again. And it all started with Chris. Yes, we requested that he be our first contact as before. He was a straight shooter. Analyzed the problem immediately and when I asked, thought it would be better to replace the entire condensing unit that was 25 years old. When I asked if Lupe and his associate could be our installer again, you said no problem. And once again, they did a great job Service: Install AC
