Primo Air Masters has serviced my family's home for many years. Mr Mario Machorro and his staff has always done an outstanding job on my family's HVAC needs. The technicians are very professional and courteous, and they do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends (and already have).

I did not have a good experience using this company. They came out to service my unit and said there were possible leaks. They then sold me a $280 package to seal the unit that "should last me a couple of years." Instead, less than a year later, my unit is low on freon again. They said they couldn't even refill the unit without 'sealing' it again. As a last ditch sales attempt, they encouraged me to buy a new unit from them for $14,000. Great family-based company. Professional, clean, polite and expeditious service. They take their time to explain what they do and why. No sales pressure whatsoever. Highly recommended.
