I didn't have service by this company, but I can say I will not ever just by what I saw by a driver on the road today. He drove in a lane on 820 east that was very clearly marked that it he needed to get over and drove all the way or should I say bullied his was in the lane running another car into the next lane. Then proceeded to not let cars over that had their blinkers on getting as close as he could to the car in front of him to keep the car from getting over.

Our company used Shane for many jobs during our Texas freeze as we are a management company and have many homes that had broken pipes. He was responsive which was great but charged $650 for every job as his "flat" rate but that was unknown to us. A few cases he only capped off the lines so tenant had no water and charged $850. Then we had to call a plumber to do the job right and paid $500. Another case on a 2 story he ripped off the siding not carefully and repaired leak so we had to pay extra to do the exterior repair. He could have carefully removed the siding but didn't. There are too many of these stories we had during the freeze so we will not be using him again. Karen Service: Pipe repair

Called and showed up promptly. Was there about 20 minutes and replaced 2 -6 inch pieces of pipe. Charged $850.00 for 20 minutes. REALLY? Asked how he came to $850.00. Was told he charges 650.00 flat rate for a pipe break and $200.00 for the second break. $850.00 for $5.00 worth of pipe and 20 minutes of work.?? That’s price gouging. Was never told his rates before the work was started. That’s wrong!! Service: Leak investigation and repair

He did the entire house from curb to faucets. Prices were fair, work was prompt/well done.
