I had a good experience with them. My shower water mixer was having issues after buying new construction with gehan homes. They came by 2 days later and fixed it within an hour. The plumber also adjusted my sink and bathtub faucet handle cause it didn't sit right. I appreciated him doing the extra work while he was here to make sure we were happy. This company was used by our builder (Gehan Homes) when our home was built in 2016. I have called several times asking that a plumber come out to locate our water Pressure Release Valve (PRV) because our water pressure was identified as being too high. After several calls and finally speaking to the receptionist, it is crystal clear they are blowing me off and have no interest whatsoever to come out! Extremely Disappointing!

They are the hardest people to get a hold of. They never call back and complain when you do finally get a hold of them. It has been frustrating since they are the ones the builder decided to use. They don't seem to be that great. Wish I could use someone else but since it is under warranty.

My husband asked how much up front. He was told don't worry I'll take care of you. Yeah, he took care of him alright without the courtesy of some vaseline. Never again!
