Alta Grand Crossing

Ive been living here for almost a year now and I wouldnt recommend. The people here dont know how to clean after themselves. Whether its drinks spilled all over the elevator or having trails of dirt leading to the elevator, its gross. With how much rent is, it doesnt coincide. Loud neighbors banging on walls, peoples cars going off every part of the day, loud kids running around. No parking spots after like 8pm, and you would have to park on the streets. The leasing office takes multiple calls to get an answer and barely helps with issues. Get charged with fetch for $15 even though never used because delivery is inconsistent. Also has a lot of ant problems in the bed room and restroom. Would not recommend for the price of rent.

I've been living here close to a year now and my experience has been nothing but pleasant! The ladies in the office very obviously care about us residents and any issues I've had have been resolved quickly. I'd like to thank Jasmine Harden for helping out with my recent transfer, she was very friendly and made the entire process super easy. These are definitely the nicest apartments I've ever lived in and the staff (especially Jasmine) really tops the cake!

10/10 the best apartment complex in Grand Prarie. They keep it super clean and fresh. Its brand new ! The girls in the office will answer your questions thoroughly and clearly. Love this place. Off to a great start

The problem with this apartment complex is communication. Theyve stated they have been trying to fix my ice maker for over a week but the door has been locked every time theyve attempted. Probably because I live here. communicate with your customer to let them know that you are trying to solve their problem. and maybe ask when they wont be home? Dont just leave somebody in the dark who has been coming home to a broken appliance for the past 2 weeks. Theyve now left a note saying its fixed and its NOT. I now need upper management to reach out to me.
