My Nail Spa

Awesome staff!! The workers were so nice and gave me exactly what I wanted! Beautiful place and great services. Will definitely come again!

They didnt show hospitality at this nail spa. we had a double birthday party for my daughter and my niece, They were very disrespectful to the point that I had to call on Jesus I also had to explain to the manager that all brown colored does not have to be treated in such a way he did apologize and we apologize as well. He did explain to us that sometimes you know kids come in and they change everything or they kinda make it difficult when I explain to him I think youre making it difficult by your assumption, I know exactly what were wanting I know exactly what my child wants. We had everything ready to go because we were on a time for her shopping spree at the mall and eat at the restaurant , My Oldest Daughter feel as if she wanted to go to a different nail spa and eventually it worked out he did give my daughter A free design but the reason why Im still giving it a one star is because the first impression is always the best impression and I think this was not a good impression from this nail spa didnt show high expectations that I expected the excitement about my daughter and my niece double birthday party they kind of ruined a little bit of the excitement by the way that they showed their unprofessionalism. My daughter friends were not really comfortable as well so they need to work on showing hospitality to Brown skin that come into this particular nail spa and treat people the way you want be treated not all people come across as being difficult to work with how you assume before you can even give someone a chance. There are other nail spas around the area. I would suggest please check their reviews before going to this one. Hospitality goes a long ways when you treat someone comfortable and its warming and it feels delightful to to work on someone then of course your service will expand and you will get more service. I would never go back to this place again.. Also, I wanted to point out is getting my pedicure. The lady had to dump water into a jug and get the water out and pour it in the sink and get more water out of where my feet were to put warm water, in the foot tub and I think that that was very unsanitized and they need to maybe purchase new equipment for the pedicure chairs. You just dont do that that was very disgusting to have my feet and the tub with the water and youre getting a jug taken the water out of there where my feet is at to only pour it out to put warm water in.

They are okay but I believe I will stick with my salon I need y rhinestones to be fixed tho can I come and get them fix with no charge???

I wish I could give 0 stars. Apparently they cant do french tips on certain days (even though they said on the phone tso I was told to come back tomorrow when I cant. When I said I would just do one color they had an attitude with me and became disrespectful. When removing my previous nails, the girl burnt me with the drill multiple times and when I said ouch she just laughed. After putting the nails on the lady got up and said I would have to wait for someone else to finish up to come do them. I had an appointment and told them when I got here I was under a time crunch. I had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to come finish my nails. Absolutely ridiculous I would never recommend coming here. Ive gotten my nails done 100+ times before and never had a terrible experience until I came here. I am finishing this a few hours later and the 4 nails which had the previous nails removed hurt extremely bad. They definitely burned my nails.
