Coming from Miami I wasnt sure who I could trust to do my nails here and then I found this place and trusted the reviews and I am so happy I did . They exceeded my expectations and were very friendly and professional. I will be back !

Horrible experience, on 1-18-2024 the nail tech in the very first booth on your right as you enter the shop. Tried the bait and switch tactic I got a fill and a basic pedi. She told me my services would be $45 but when I proceeded to check out. It was $50. The tech whom never gave her name said that it was an extra $5 for my length after the fact which wasn't accurate because the length was active length. I advised her that she told me $45 when I ask her how much but yet failed to say anything about any additional monies while rendering services until it was time to pay. Her response was that she would make sure to give me a correct quote next time. I had an appt I needed to get to so I left. I called and spoke to John later that evening whom stated he was the manager ,regarding my issue. It wasn't the $5, more so the principal of the tech being so pressed for money that she felt the needed to quote one price but then change it once she had finished the services. John immediately took the side of the tech claimed he ask her and of course she lied. I would have gladly tipped her if that was how she was ensuring she get a tip by tacking on extra fees. John had the mentality the tech is always right. I wanted a refund of the $5 due to the tech overcharging me. Maybe if she was paid a decent salary she wouldn't have to try and add extra fees on services rendered. When one opens a business in the US their is etiqutte and professionalism that should be standard when dealing with customers . John refunded the $5 but told me to find another shop to go to. Which is what I was going to do any way, but he seemed mad that I had the good sense to bring it to his attention and I am the one that the tech was trying to scam money from. SMH. Will never go back to that shop. Very poor customer srvice.
