These folks are very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. A stunning job was done on restoring a cherished ring. It would have been a 5 star rating, save for the political talk and the no phone call before doing the work decided on with a quote. All and all, I have a ring that is more beautiful than what it was in the first place.

there is 1 bad review from 1 person; shows you what type of person that is when the major gripe is "I didn't get a call." I didn't either, but that doesn't mean anything. take some initiative and call the store up. these people are very professional, super-nice, old-school-sophisticated, and seem genuinely enthusiastic about their work. I feel as though I lucked-out finding this business to do the modifications our piece required. going forward, CCJ will be my 1st stop for anything jewelry-related.

I had my mother's wedding set restored for my daughter. Not only are they the most wonderful people to have the privilege to meet and do business with but the work was absolutely amazing. I could not have been happier with my entire experience.
