        Very very unprofessional. I had to wait for a customer he was working with, then it was my turn. Another couple walked in after me then the jeweler took them and made me wait again. That was very unprofessional. Then I proceeded to tell him I wanted my ring fixed there while I waited because I am uncomfortable leaving my mothers ring with any jeweler. But he took it personally and refused to fix my ring and made me leave the store. You can view all of my reviews to see I only give 5 star reviews but sir if there had been a zero I would had chose that for you.
