        I'm very, very unhappy with this stay. I called this past Monday to ensure that the pool was open for use, and I was told that it was. and today, when I arrived, the pool is under going maintenance. I specifically chose this hotel for my family to enjoy the pool, and now we don't have the opportunity to do that. This is not worth the points I used to book this hotel. very unsatisfied! Especially for a Gold Member. Furthermore the room was horrible! I will never stay there again!
