        Dont call them. They charge us $211 for one night and i asked the guy i was want the beach front room and he say yes but he didnt even provided me that and charged me that much.

        We booked for 2 days hoping everything would be perfect!! As seen on the website but nothing, the rooms were dirty, neglected and with food in the refrigerator, I left there but they really charged me for the night

        Dont come to this place! They came into my room 2 times while we were there. First time I was away. And the second we were sleeping. No one called for housekeeping yet they claimed a man called, when there was no man in the room. We were 2 girls in the room! Very unprofessional. Avoid the hassle. Find another place to stay Nothing is renovated. Smells lik paint in the hallways. Looks lik kids painted the place. Not worth the money at all. Safety: They do not respect your privacy and will come into your room without notice and without anyone requesting for housekeeping

        First error was me, unknowingly I booked through Expedia, booked ocean view but that is not what I got. Front desk couldn't help since i went through Expedia. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Also told the young lady about the bathroom, she would call the manager and ask for someone to come clean it but could not give me a time, I cleaned it, it was 10 o'clock at night and I needed to be at the hospital for my grandsons surgery by 4am. Woke up went to make a cup of coffee, yup stagnated water in the coffee pot. The foot ottoman needs to go to the dumpster, ripped down the middle and most of the pleather was missing, it was disgusting, put a towel over it so I didn't have to look at it. Guess what comes next, NO HOT WATER, "what" it's 3 o'clock in the morning, surely there are not that many people up on a Friday taking a shower. Went to call the front desk, no phone in the room. Oh yeah, I booked through Expedia so they couldn't help me with anything, per the second lady at the front desk. With all said and done I will not be staying at this location again. Rooms: Dirty
