I will definitely not stay here again. I was charged a fee for them to hold my credit card info during booking process and there was a fee to park at the hotel. I got there about an hour early and there was a $45 fee for early check in. Thats probably in the fine print but thats very expensive for an extra hour in my opinion. Too many extra fees.
The first room they gave me smelled of marijuana so I had them move me to another room. They said they were having that problem. The rooms do not look like the pictures. The tv didnt work so I had them come fix that. Bathroom wasnt clean, had long hair on the shower walls. I then noticed that one of the beds didnt have a blanket on it, only a sheet. When I called, they said some rooms didnt have a blanket but offered 2 top sheets.
Overall a bad hotel experience (staff was fine).

Room was alright didn't see any bugs floor could have at least been mopped parking along with entering and exiting was horrible my car bottomed out was there for 5 days never once did they clean the room even ask house keeping for trash bag they said they can't do it so had to take trash to dumpster my self the worst part after we checked out they took another 250 from my card for cleaning the room because they tried to say we smoked in the room we don't allow smoking in our own house I will never stay at this place again staff all need to get fired especially guy at front desk very rude

Good location but an old hotel. But it's clean.
Rooms: The rooms are remodeled but still an old hotel.
Walkability: An easy walk to the beach. And close to other places.

I really wanted to leave a good review but this is infact a 2 star hotel. GREAT location. Reasonable rates. But all the negative reviews are true. The room was dirty. (We didnt see any bugs) There was NO toilet paper. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all empty...And apparently they dont have blankets. I asked for one and the gentleman gave me a full set of extra sheets because he "didnt want to leave me empty handed", so 4 sheets kept me warm enough. There was a lot of hair in the tub. But the staff is nice enough. Yes they do charge $15 per day for parking but as a Wyndham Rewards member, that fee was waived. The breakfast room is small but had waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice & coffee.. I dont see them changing/upgrading on any of these issues, why would they? The rates would double! My advice is to come prepared
