        Order flowers over the phone. I explained exactly what I wanted. Very disappointed in what they delivered my daughter!!! Definitely not what I ordered and not worth the price!!!!

        Balloon Arches! Dan and his team made a beautiful balloon arch for my daughters baptism and delivered and set it up for us at the room we had rented at Fishermans Wharf. He went out of his way to go to the restaurant beforehand to find the best spot for the arch and what size could fit. Great customer service!

        Very disappointed!!I ordered flowers from this Galveston shop 5 days before they were to be delivered to UTMB Galveston on a Wed as that was the day my daughter worked in her office. I called the day of delivery at 12:46 and was told delivery drivers were not back from Houston yet. I called back at 4:15 and was told driver should be walking in shortly. I stressed she couldnt stay past 5:30 at her office. I told them to call me if they had a problem delivering flowers to her office. I find out they left flowers around 5 at the hospital. She had to walk in the rain to get them. Why would Galveston orders from a Galveston shop not take president over Houston orders. Other florist have delivered to her office but of course they didnt wait until the end of the day. Very very disappointed.
