        I called and ordered flowers from Knapp Flower Shop for a friend in the hospital. It was too late to deliver the day I ordered so they delivered the next day. When they got there, my friend had been discharged. Knapp called me and told me of the situation. They fully refunded me with no argument or discussion. This is an awesome way to do business and shows compassion for the customer! This was my first time to order from them, but if I ever need flowers or plants in the Galveston area, they will be my go-to! Great customer service!!
