        Pick another bank! Twice I've been there & nobody to open an account! Was told to sit & sit. Not good customer service! Get it together people! If you get somebody it's an Act of Congress to open an account! Takes an hour.

        Bad customer service i went to the galveston location on 65th st and steward rd twice trying to open a new checking account the firts time i was missing one document the second time i got there at 4:25 pm they told me it was too late to do my paper work because they close at 5pm i think they need to improved customer service.
