        Worst bank on the island they want you to bring the exact change in from your business when you do a deposit you're a bank you're supposed to exchange money that's what you do do not take your business accounts to Frost Bank. Employees are too busy sleeping and on the internet shopping.

        They have the absolute worst customer service I have encountered at a bank. Ive dealt with extremely incompetent employees who are also lazy. Do not bank here if you are a student or trying to open an account and decide to use their mobile check deposit feature.

        THE WORST BANK!!! I tried to cash a $2500 school check today and they said I couldnt because I dont have 2500 in my account??? WHAT? How does that make since. If youre a student dont bank here, they wont let you cash your grant unless you already have that same amount on your account. As a broke college student we all know thats unrealistic. The person who also left a review about them having brain damage is right. Ive been treated better at Ace Check Cashing with the same check and they arent even a bank. These people seriously have brain damage.
