Taylor the leasing agent is horrible in the office ! !! Hands down the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced looking for a place . She laughed mid conversation at me while having side convos with her peer !!! I was so excited about getting my new place and last minute changed my mind because I refuse to tolerate the disrespect !!!!! She needs training !!Very unprofessional!!!! On top of it all refused to get me to the manger Ms. Tanya !!! I dont see myself being able to deal with a leasing agent with such horrible people skills !!My GOD get TAYLOR out the office she doesnt treat potential prospects right at aaaaaall!!! So R U D E if I could rate this experience negative stars I WOULD!!!!

I moved in last August. At first things were great, no issues other than minor ones the were rectified after putting in a service request. Recently however, I have had problems with cockaroach infestion. They have sprayed to extermiate these roaches three times this month and I'm still seeing roaches. I went to the office yesterday to complain(always new people to deal with), they said they were hiring another extermination service. Apparantly my whole building was sprayed last week but sill no relief from the roaches.If things do not change, I will be looking to move when my lease is up this coming August. I hope things do change, other than the roaches I have no other concerns.

Taylor!! She was so amazing. Unbelievable communication skills and a true listener. I called really upset about my husband having to wait an hour at a nearby vet clinic thinking I had dialed their number. Taylor, first listened to what I had to say and then kindly asked if I had reached the correct department. Once she said that i immediately knew I had dialed the wrong number. Either way, she remained so calm, comforted me and empathized with my frustration. I got off the phone laughing and really appreciating her costumer service but more importantly the way she stayed calm the whole time!! Thank you Taylor.

I lived here for a year as a UTMB student and while it was affordable to live by myself I cant rate higher than 2 stars because of German roaches. It was something I had to deal with the whole year. Overall though I felt safe and the unit was fine. Management was nice.
