        Tried to call and get service information. Machine asked me if my number was on account. Press for for yes, 2 for no. I pressed 2 for no. Machine, please enter the 10 digit number of the account holder. I don't have an account. I pressed 0 to hopefully get switched to someone that could help me. Machine, sorry, I don't recognize that number, please enter the 20 digit number again. After trying 5 times I gave up. How are potential customers supposed to get through?

        This is based solely on the clown they have answering the phones. I called to get info on options for internet at my elderly parents house who live east of town just outside the city limits - and Tate couldn't answer ANY questions about how they actually provide the service or even when the first available install appointment might be... But "Our service is great obviously, we're so busy - look how long you sat on hold to get me on the line." He actually said that.
