The shoe salesman Courtney was PHENOM!! He was patient, made size and brand suggestions, gave advice on qualities needed for track gear - we left his department informed. 4 Star service - the PROBLEM was the blonde THEIF cashier trying to steal our drawstring bag that came with the shoes - right in our face! Then there was a short-dark haired woman that walked around playing with her fingers while we were waiting. When a police officer walked up, she remembered she was at work and opened the register for him. We will keep our money at the Prosper location. If it wasnt for our experience with the shoe associate - Courtney, we wouldve returned our $400+ purchase.

So far the best place to try on-running shoes which I have been looking for a while. The teenagers who work there are very polite, kind and helpful. I had so many questions and they patiently answered and helped me find the right kind of shoes that fit my requirements. I would definitely recommend this store.
