We worked with Michele Cervenak at Lisa Birdsong real estate and she is an angel! She helped us buy our first home and made the process much more tolerable. She was patient, knowledgable and always responsive! Her enthusiasm and positivity was encourging and contagious!! 5 stars is not enough to be honest. Truly one of a kind :) We were lucky to have her work with us!

I purchased my primary home with Lisa Birdsong realty group, Wendy Kim was my realtor. It was really a wonderful experience working with Wendy, couldn't have asked for more. As a first time home buyer, everything was new for me and she helped me out in every step of it, from showing as many houses I wanted, bringing her own recommendations with an understanding of what I was looking for, to helping me negotiate the contracts and finally walking me through eclvery step of the post contract signing process and providing good references for different contacts/service providers needed. I would recommend Wendy Kim for any first time home buyer or even for experienced buyers, as she will leave no stone unturned in the process.
