I contacted Mr. Spruill Keller Williams Urban Dallas concerning property valuation and taxes. Roger assured me that he would be able to answer my questions once he knew enough information concerning the property. I provided him with the address and the taxing Authority and he promised that he would get back in contact with me shortly. I was utterly shocked to receive Roger's phone call within 20 minutes. Roger had the information and provided a thorough and detailed explanation. My local tax office pales in comparison to the explanation that Rodger provided. Roger is dedicated hard-working and a wealth of information, thank you so much for your help.
