Nina Bhanot Group

My husband and I just bought our first home and used the Nina Bhanot Group!! Our realtor was Katie Hill and she did a FANTASTIC job. Katie was quick to respond, respectful of our budget, willing to teach us all the new lingo, and advocated for us! I truly believe we wouldn't have gotten the home we have without her passion and knowledge!

Nina is everything you could ever want in a realtor. We were first time home buyers and Nina was always available to help us with our questions or concerns. She never pressured us to lean a certain way towards a house and always gave us honest opinions when asked. If you are looking for your dream home we have no doubt Nina and her team will find it for you!

Nina is super professional and friendly. She was very responsive to our needs the each step of the way. She helped us sell our house in the time frame we needed and got us what we needed for our specific circumstances. I would recommend her to anybody!!

We connected with Nina before we left our home in Washington State while we were looking at relocating to Texas. From the beginning, we felt that Nina got us and quickly developed an understanding of what we were looking for, and helped us through some unrealistic expectations. When we arrived in Texas, while living in an Airbnb, she immediately took us around and showed some houses to us. We liked what we were seeing and I think it was only the 3rd such viewing session when we found a house we liked and decided to make an offer. The house was a desirable residence and as Nina suggested, it would receive multiple offers on that first day of being on the market. She helped craft an offer that was not unreasonable to us, but was a strong offer for the sellers. Sure enough, there were multiple offers, but our offer was the strongest. We closed a couple of days ago, and we cant thank Nina enough for making it happen for us. Anyway, obviously, we recommend The Nina Bhanot Group, and all the folks there, for the great work they do

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Katie Hill. Shes an absolute blessing when it comes to real estate needs. We were looking for a rental and losing hope quickly with other realtors. Originally, Katie reached out in response to a property we were interested in. Unfortunately it already had a lease pending, so we didnt think much about it. About a week later, Katie reached out letting us know that the property was going to be available again and thats when we ended up meeting her. Although it wasnt the original property, she ended up helping us find exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process, she was so attentive and helpful every step of the way, and was always so gracious to help with our last minute showing requests. She was knowledgeable and explained everything we were agreeing to in our lease, and was responsive to every question along the way. We would highly recommend her to all of our friends and family and cant wait to work with her when we are ready to buy!
