Kim was absolutely phenomenal to work with while on my search for a rental house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Dallas area and finding what I was wanting within the price range. She made things easy to understand (which was needed since this was my first time moving into a house from apartment life). I have previously bought five other houses around the nation and have not had a better realtor than Kim Mundorff! As a high net worth client, I had a number of specialized needs while working with Kim. I also didnt know DFW at all! Kim was truly exceptional about showing me properties in a variety of locations and educating me about the market. She is always responsive and incredibly patient and knowledgeable. As I relocate employees to the DFW Metroplex, I plan to put them all in Kims extremely capable hands. You cannot go wrong with Kim! I would give 10 stars if I could.

We had a great experience working with Kim under challenging circumstances - during the height of the sellers market and living out of the state/spending time out of the country throughout most of the process. Kim is patient, helpful, supportive, understanding of our unique circumstances and challenges, and truly managed the process for us. Kim came highly recommended by our niece who was moving to DFW area from another state. We were in California and were thinking of moving to DFW. At the same time our nephew too decided to move to DFW. We all lived out of state and had no knowledge of Dallas or it's suburbs . Each of us had different expectations in terms of budget, school district and life style. Our son is in college so school district was not a priority but we wanted a home amidst greenery where I could walk in the evening, but still be closer to grocery store and good hospitals. Nephew and niece have school going kids, so for them a good school district was a priority, but on very different budgets. So we gave Kim an unique challenge.. we all wanted homes that suited our life styles but they had to be close by. That too within 10-15 minutes driving distance from each other. Kim has immense patience. She worked with us on different time zones, did video tours of properties. Educated us about the DFW area, it's housing market and also the challenges it provides. She was prompt in replying to our texts and emails. Whenever we had queries she would address them in no time. She has a knack of knowing your taste, likes and dislikes very quickly. She doesn't waste your time in showing you homes which you won't like. Kim has now got us homes that ticks all the boxes, and most importantly we live close to each other even though each of us are in 3 different school districts. Only Kim can achieve this impossible feat .She is a part of our family now and we call her our family realtor . Not only this, she is very kind and helpful. We could move to our new home only after 4 months of buying it. Till then, Kim took care of our home. She offered to put a cap on the outdoor water pipe when it was freezing. She would swing by and check the temperature inside the home and see to it that the heater was on. She would open the cabinet door beneath the sink so that the pipe wouldn't freeze. These were new things to us as we had never done all this in California. If you have decided to go with Kim for buying or selling your home then I can assure you that you will never regret your decision. She is the best Realtor in Dallas Fort Worth.
