If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment over two weeks ago to bring my car in for an oil change. I go at my appointment time and they tell me that they will have to keep my car overnight when I asked why they didnt let me know that earlier they said well little jobs became big jobs, and now were backed up, that doesnt seem like very good customer service nor does the issue of them getting backed up seem to be a problem that should result in me having to leave my car overnight I will never go back

Not sure how your appointment system works. Please correct it, as I had to push mine multiple times,as your tech are never available for the appointment slot.
