        The store damaged my stone. They took two weeks to investigate but didn't provide me any videos they said they recorded. The store is not honest.

        Very professional and very dependable. However, they are very overpriced. I have found small local companies that do the same work for a quarter of the price. Shopping small helps all.

        Not happy with this place as a watch estimate was $35.00. You would assume that the watchmaker could do an overall evaluation for that price. The watchmaker then quoted me $235.00 to fix the watch. I said ok. Then I was texted btw we need to charge an additional $40 to pressure test the watch. Then if seals are broken, that will be an additional charge! I went and picked my watch up! I dont call this professional however I have had work done at other Fast Fix with no problems.
