Parker didnt just try to sell me insurance, he educated me. I found out that our neighboring states do not require near as much liability insurance as we in Texas do so if someone visiting Dallas hits me and causes more damage than their insurance covers to fix my car, I'm screwed. I also found out that my credit score plays a huge role in the rates I am eligible for. No other insurance agent bothered to tell me that. There is a big difference in the experience level of Perret and Assoc than most of the agencies I have dealt with in the past.

I can not say for sure it was Mr. Perret as my call log does not go back to that date. On or about June 2nd 2021 I was contacted by a man that asked me about the accident. He asked me what happened. I told him the car ran the red light. He stated "are you sure as I have the accident report here and it states you ran the red light". I assured him the other driver did run the red light. When I had access to the accident report it was noted the other car ran the red light. At that point I knew I was lied to. There has been absolutely no progress with my vehicle. I called Mr. Perret early this morning and left a message. He returned my call and asked if i was the wife of so and so. Inferring I was not my own person. We had a lengthy discussion. He said he would get back to me. He texted me and stated he sent an email to my husband. He did not bother calling me back. What if my husband was out of town? What if my husband did not have access to his email? And why is he dealing with my husband and not be personally. He speaks to me with an outdated chauvinist attitude. I do not and will not recommend this man to anyone.

I highly recommend Parker for your home, auto and life insurance needs! He is very knowledgeable and has high integrity. If he can't save you money while providing the same or better coverage, he will tell you to stay with your current company. Call Parker for a quote!
