Great prices and people! I've had insurance through them for about a year and a half and haven't had any issues. Seth and his team were really amazing helping me with evaluating the coverage I need for our business and then working to get me with the best coverage and a very good price. I came across Seth Ott and his company Ott insurance via an Aggie podcast and thought I would reach out to him since it was time for my commercial auto policy to renew. All my interactions with Seth and his office have been fantastic which is why I decided to switch agencies. His quote/rate was a bit higher than what my renewal with my current company but my current agency treated me like a number not a customer giving them business. Sometime after the policy was bound Seth and I spoke on the phone for about a half an hour so I could better understand my policy an coverage in general. I could easily tell that I was the only one that mattered at that time and that I had his full attention. His agency is not the low cost, minimum coverage type. He will tell you the straight truth and give you recommendations based on his professional knowledge and let you decide how to proceed. No surprises, no bait and switch. I would highly recommend doing business with Ott insurance or at a minimum giving him a chance to provide you coverage.
