The ice cream was great and the staff friendly. I would suggest possibly getting a few more staff because when we came in, there were 3 people with only 2 doing orders and that caused a few annoyed customers (2 actually asked if without getting anything). My husband and I will be back again.

I went there for the first time and the lady is really nice but the guy with the beard is RUDE.. VERY rude. Im almost sure hes the owner and if they want an increase in customers, then he needs to be educated about Customer Service and learn how to speak to people the correct way.
Try serving FROZEN Ice Cream. By the time I walked back to my car the ice cream was melted.

waste of money tbh. almost $10 for a medium bowl & i wasnt offered toppings. the guy didnt even look like he wanted to be there. was still nice enough to tip $1, i really shouldnt have. never coming back here again.
